According to the Uzbekistan Presidential Network, on August 9, Uzbek President Milziyev hosted a conference on environmental protection, domestic garbage collection and processing. The meeting focused on waste processing issues. With the assistance of Korean companies, Ahanggaran is building a waste treatment project with a total investment of US$55 million. After the project is completed, it will be able to obtain biogas and electricity from the garbage. To this end, President Uganda stressed that it is necessary to continue to attract foreign investment to support the implementation of waste disposal projects.

According to the 2017 2017-2021 Waste Treatment System Comprehensive Improvement and Development Measures, Wu is establishing a waste processing enterprise. It is estimated that by the end of this year, 62% of residents will be able to enjoy garbage removal services. The Ukrainian President pointed out that the current work is still far from enough. Further measures are needed to ensure that all residents can enjoy garbage removal services and strengthen cooperation between the government and enterprises.
